The illustrated Harbor Point product tour uses fictional sample data to show each command, the local sources Claude reads, the Markdown file it writes, and the guardrail that limits the task.
Start the day
Try: Run my daily brief.
A source-linked daily note with three outcomes, commitments, blockers, quick wins, and missing information.
Intake deal files
Try: Classify the documents in 01-Deals/Harbor Point Package.
A complete file inventory with readability, confidence, conflicts, missing inputs, readiness, and a human checklist.
Screen the deal
Try: Screen Harbor Point using only files in this vault.
A preliminary advance, hold, or pass screen that separates sourced facts, assumptions, formulas, red flags, and missing inputs.
Prepare a meeting
Try: Prepare me for the Harbor Point financing call.
A prep note with verified context, prior decisions, open commitments, risks, missing information, and five focused questions.
Retain approved context
Try: Remember that I prefer one-page briefs.
One visible profile entry and one sourced memory-log row that can later be shown, corrected, reviewed, or forgotten.
All 16 included Claude Code skills
Every skill has a plain-language trigger, a named output, source rules, and a boundary on what it may change.

Guided setup and visible memory
The first setup asks one question batch and previews proposed changes before writing the profile, company context, goals, source map, permission rules, or memory log. Approved preferences and business facts stay in readable Markdown files, not a hidden product database. The guide is designed for about 60 minutes. Actual time depends on installing and signing into Obsidian and Claude Code and how much business context the buyer enters.
Deal documents and transaction work
The six adapted CRE skills classify a named deal package, extract an offering memorandum, parse and reconcile a rent roll, parse a T-12 or operating statement, build a seller-side sale-assignment intake, and plan a staged buyer process. Unreadable cells and unresolved conflicts remain visible.
Memory, privacy, and automation limits
The vault files are stored wherever the buyer chooses. Claude Code may send content it reads to Anthropic under the buyer's account, plan, settings, and applicable terms. This product does not make model processing local.
14-Confidential is an organizational exclusion, not encryption or an access-control boundary. The Starter Vault does not run a nightly learner, scheduled task, Git commit, cloud backup, or external sync.
License and portability
The buyer receives an internal-use copy that can be edited inside one organization. The Markdown files remain readable and portable. The included license states the redistribution limits and identifies the Apache 2.0 exceptions in the included NOTICE.
Product and support boundary
This self-serve product does not include data migration, live setup, external connections, custom agents, company-specific rules, ongoing consulting, or guaranteed document readability. Support covers order and file-access problems.
